At Kelly, Wright & Associates, we pride ourselves on utilizing the upper echelon of high technology to perform our work. With a satellite office in Prescott, AZ, drawing files and other electronic information is shared through a Virtual Private Network, so the two offices are always in sync.

System Administrator

Buzz Wright provides support for each workstation as well as maintenance on the system server and network. Tape back-ups are done daily after work hours in order to assure that the minimum amount of time will be lost recreating lost or damaged files. A multiple tape rotation consisting of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly back-ups provides over 6 months of complete backup for the entire server. Completed jobs are archived on DVD and stored safely for future use. Defragmentation of the server's hard drives occurs weekly as well as disk scans and Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) shutdown tests.
